As we head into a sun-filled Spring Break here in Whistler and Pemberton, the mountains are delivering a welcome refresh of fresh snow. Bluebird ski days, lively village patios, and a full calendar of local events make this one of the most exciting times of the season to be in the Sea-to-Sky. Whether you’re hitting the slopes, exploring the trails, or enjoying the vibrant local scene, there’s plenty happening this week.

February saw a slight dip in sales compared to January, but activity remained stronger than what we experienced late in 2025. Listing inventory increased by about 6 percent, primarily in the townhome and condo segments, while chalet and shared ownership listings remained steady. Property viewings stayed consistent, showing that buyer interest is still active. With interest rates holding steady and the next Bank of Canada announcement set for March 18, many buyers and sellers are watching the market closely as we move toward spring.

Pemberton

After a very quiet January, sales activity picked up in February, which may signal an early start to the spring market. Chalets led with six sales, followed by four condos, three townhomes, and one vacant lot. Inventory dipped slightly, with chalet listings down about 10 percent and townhomes remaining extremely limited with just two available. As we move out of winter, more listings are expected to come to market, giving buyers more options in the months ahead.
