I’m sure you are all enjoying this beautiful weather we are having, we are that is for sure! Last weekend’s Tough Mudder was an amazing success judging from the crowds it drew to Whistler. This event is one of the most popular team events of the year, we are glad it was a sunny hot weekend for them. Whistler was a great place for families to celebrate Father’s Day, it was amazing to see how many boats, paddle boards and kayaks were out on Alta Lake and Green Lake with loads of people on the beaches. The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra is the first of the free outdoor concert series starting Saturday, June 30th at 8:30 at the Olympic Plaza, don’t miss out on this fabulous event.
This week’s market was actually quite active considering the weather and the time of year, it’s a good sign I think. Prices are hovering around the last sale prices, they seem to be holding steady. Most of the price reduction’s you see are listings that were likely priced too high for our current market and the sellers have decided to do a price reduction to bring it in line.
