Sales activity was quieter, with just three properties going firm over the past seven days. With new inventory continuing to come to market and fewer sales this week, buyers have more choice and, in many cases, more time to carefully consider their options. Price adjustments also remain part of the current market, with 18 properties repositioning across the two communities this past week.
