Whistler was very busy today with everyone walking around with flowers and sweets in the glorious sunshine. Today really was stunning with the fresh snow glistening and, rumour has it, the skiing/boarding was amazing as well.
We are really starting to feel the market ramping up and the proof is in the numbers. There are 16 new listings, 4 price adjustments and a whopping 18 sales in the past week in Whistler. Pemberton has 7 new listings this week and 1 recorded sale. We are loving the longer days and it makes it much nicer for those looking at property after enjoying a day on the slopes.
