Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

Sunday was an amazing day touring the Pemberton Meadows for the 21st Annual Slow Food Cycle Sunday. The turnout was incredible, with approximately 3,600 people cycling through the valley and enjoying our local farms, food producers and artisans. It was wonderful to see so many people out experiencing everything that makes the Pemberton Valley such a special place.

Whistler was equally lively, with plenty happening throughout the resort — from the Bike Park and golf courses to the Summer Concert Series, incredible hiking our Sunday Farmers’ Market and all the activities that come with August in the mountains.

Looking at real estate, we continue to see a steady flow of new inventory coming to market. Whistler recorded 21 new listings and 10 sales over the past seven days, along with 10 price improvements. With buyers having a good selection of properties to consider, pricing and presentation continue to be important in attracting attention and generating activity. Pemberton remains a smaller and somewhat quieter market, with 5 new listings and 2 sales this week.

Below, you’ll find this week’s new listings, sales and price adjustments across both communities.
