Congratulations to our Mayor Nancy Wilhelm-Morden and returning council members, Andree Janyk, Jack Crompton and John Grills as well as the new incumbents, Sue Maxwell and Jen Ford who will sit on council for the next four years. Whistler Mountain has just announced that they are going to open 5 lifts this Saturday Nov. 22nd! The new Village and the Creekside Gondolas are both opening at 9:00 am. If you were wanting to buy an edge card and haven’t yet, it’s not too late, they have extended the date to Nov. 30th. So….. dust off those skis and warm up your boots and let’s get started!
The real estate market is slowing down because of lack of inventory, and sellers who want to rent out their property for the winter.
