There were conflicting Ground Hog Day reports, one said 6 more weeks of winter and the other said we are going to have an early spring! Well, either way, all we want to hear is snow in the forecast. It is dumping right now, lot of smiles on everyone’s faces as they head for the slopes today. We are into the busiest month of the year in Whistler. Chinese New Year, Family Day weekend , the Peak to Valley Race and then there is Valentine’s day to think about. It is a whole lotta fun up here this month.
We have decided to run a fun event for the month of February featuring a new local business – Escape Whistler. For all new facebook likes or a newreview(if you have already liked our page), your name will be put into a draw for a pass for two. Tracey and I went yesterday to check it out and it is a really fun experience!
As you have been hearing the real estate market is hot here now. We are getting a few more listings on now as I said we would at the end of January, thank goodness. Be ready if you see a listing that you are interested in, let us know so we will be ready to jump on it. Don’t be surprised if there is an offer on the listing the day it comes on the market. We just listed a beautiful condo yesterday and got an offer on it already. Now is a great time to buy before the prices go up.
