The neighborhood becomes a safe, pedestrian-only zone for all the little ones. Houses are decorated with scary ghosts and goblins, flashing lights and sound effects. Top off the evening with fireworks at the Myrtle Philips School. Some of the newer neighborhoods now also do their own events including Cheakamus Crossing and Rainbow. It has slowed down, it feels a little “eerie”, like the night before Halloween! This week there are 15 price reductions, an indication of a shifting in the market.
