Greetings from Whistler, 2018 Subaru Ironman was a great success despite the incredibly hot temperatures. So amazing to see everyone pushing their bodies to the limit and reaching their goals. Congratulations to anyone who competed! This event does create some traffic issues so there were many people out on foot and bikes for the day cheering everyone on. This coming weekend is the BC Day long weekend so I expect the resort will be hopping with tourists and plenty of entertainment to be found. If you are looking for good food be sure to check out Bulleit Bourbon Canadian National BBQ Championships August 3-5th at Dusty’s Bar and Grill. Fun for the kids can be found July 30-Aug 3rd at Music, Movement & Muppets with Bethany Parsons at The Point Artist Run Centre from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The Tourism Whistler Events Calendar is always a great reference for what else is happening. The market remains steady this week with a few more price reductions happening and listings to sales ratio quite balanced. Our real estate tour this am was smaller again with just 6 properties. We have just listed a great family home in Bayshores, be sure to check out the details below. Let us know if you are planning a trip to Whistler or Pemberton and would like to discuss the market, we are here to help!
