Greetings from Whistler,
Yikes, it’s only 4 Fridays until Christmas, I feel the rush already.  There is always so much to do and that includes many Dinner parties, Christmas Cocktails, Office Christmas party (and that is a good one) and of course presents to buy.  Usually everyone is exhausted by Christmas Eve, then we take a break and do it all over again for New Years.  Stay calm, make a list and everything in moderation at the dinner table and Carpe Diem! New snow in the Village and mountains today, tomorrow should be a good one up there!
 
This week is a little slower again, although we still have multiple offers on a few of the new listings, the overall feeling is quieter.  The hotel and rental properties are booked solid which restricts what we are able to show to buyers.  If you are looking at buying a rental property and there are bookings for the season, you will have to honour the bookings.  If you are a seller,  and you are American, you need to apply for a Clearance Certificate for tax purposes.
