Well, winter is not over yet! Whistler, Vancouver and Vancouver Island continue to get blanketed with new snow, causing havoc in some areas for sure but we are happy to have it. The mountains were absolutely magical these past few days and there is more snow in the forecast.

The markets are moving with 14 sales this past week in Whistler and 3 in Pemberton. To date for 2023, Whistler has seen a total of 57 sales and Pemberton has had 8. Currently Whistler has 208 active listings and Pemberton is sitting with 54. We are still well below our average numbers for active listings but are up for where we were a year ago at this time.
